Return Policy

Accepted Returns must be unopened and remain sealed. No returns after 30 days.
Please contact us through our contact page before returning items. Include order number, and reason for return.
We will respond within 1 working day. Please do not return items until you hear from us regarding the return.

If an items are damaged in transit will be promptly replaced. If you want to attach photographs, please contact us through the support email on contact page and attach pictures as .jpg or.png.

The following items may not be returned:
Sodium Chlorite, Citric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, CD Kits, CDS, CDH, Calcium Hypochlorite

Upon receiving your unopened. sealed items, you will be refunded for the amount of the items, less actual shipping costs associated with the items and a 15% re-stocking fee.
